Our Background

CNC India is an Organization of MAC GROUP of companies, established in the year 1993 by a group of Technocrats with a sole aim of providing Total Solutions to CNC equipment users all over india, for improving the productivity of CNC Machines.

We have considerable strength of qualified Engineers and skilled Technicians. Our Engineers have background of working at Fanuc Service Center and rich experience of Machine Tool Building and Interfacing of CNC Machining Centers and CNC Lathes with Fanuc/Siemens CNC System and drives with a well known machine tool builder in India. Also our engineers have been trained abroad by various machine tool manufactures like Makino-Singapore, Takisawa - Taiwan, Mitsubishi Electric - Singapore, Breton SPA, and Italy etc.

Our Activities

We offer the following services for our various customers

• Installation and commisioning of new & old machines.
• Undertake annual Maintenance Contract for CNC Machine Tools.
• Undertake Retrofitting of CNC with old controls with Fanuc CNC system.
• Trouble shooting PCB's at component level.
• Design & Development and Supply of application specific cutting tools for Turning, Milling & Boring operations.
• Development of Fixtures for CNC machines.

Our Facilities

• Hi-tech Machine shop with battery of CNC Turning centers, vertical & Horizontal machining centers.
• A machine shop with all conventional machining facilities like Milling, Turning, Boring.
• Sophisticated quality control facilities & metrology lab to ensure international Quality Output.
• A separate facility being maintained for reconditioning of machines and assembly of CNC control panels.
